You’ll be guided through a soothing sound journey using Tibetan & crystal bowls, ocean drum, shamanic drum, shells, wind chimes, and gong — allowing the body to rest and the mind to slow down.
Each session unfolds intuitively, offering a gentle space to release tension and reconnect with yourself.
